30 Days to Stop Being a Crazy Girlfriend

by Logan Tindell

Has someone referred to you as a crazy girlfriend; or do you believe you might be becoming one? If you are a crazy girlfriend, or in danger of becoming one, then this 30 day mindfulness program will help you to drop the craziness and start living your best life possible in the present moment. Life is not meant to be spent as a crazy girlfriend. It’s time to live aware, happy, and free.

For the purpose of this book we define crazy girlfriend as: a girlfriend who regularly exhibits jealousy, envy, anger, obsessiveness, or possessiveness as a result of a strong attachment to a misperception of control and desire. If this definition seems too complex, feel free to define crazy girlfriend any way you wish, as long as you recognize the problem as a dependency on the misperception of control. In other words, a crazy girlfriend often demands the control of the boyfriend’s emotions, feelings, thoughts, and present moment; without realizing that control is an illusion.

Oftentimes, to achieve this desperate need for control the crazy girlfriend will directly or indirectly project pain in the form of extreme complaining, ignoring, physically hurting, lying, or enabling…to name a few ways. The crazy girlfriend is usually unaware of her own actions and adverse thought patterns; and thus she’s incapable of understanding, or attempting to understand, her boyfriend. The craziness has blinded her from being able to see her boyfriend in a real and present light.

This program involves 30 days of mindfulness lessons and exercises to help you stop being, or becoming, a crazy girlfriend. Though these lessons and exercises can be applied to any adverse thought patterns and behaviors, this program will focus specifically on crazy girlfriend tendencies and ways of thinking.

(This particular mindfulness program is strictly satirical, but the lessons it contains can be used to drop an adverse attachment)
