30 Days to Overcome Loneliness

by Harper Daniels

This 30 day mindfulness program purposes to relieve you from thought patterns, feelings, and dependencies that have you tricked by the illusion of loneliness. You might be thinking, “Illusion? My loneliness is as real as anything.” If you believe that, this program will be an enormous help to you.

Everyone feels lonely at some point in their lifetime; and there are some people who experience loneliness for a great majority of their life. The illusion impacts every culture, society, age group, demographic…it’s a worldwide dilemma; however, certain places in the world experience it more than others. With the prevalence of social media and technological advances that connect people online, people are experiencing greater loneliness offline.

Loneliness is not biased toward relationship status either. If you’re experiencing it as a single person – not married or in an intimate relationship – then you have a real discovery to make, because there are plenty of people within relationships that experience profound loneliness. If you’ve never experienced loneliness while in a relationship, it can feel especially debilitating and intense. In other words, a relationship will certainly not help you overcome loneliness. Relationships are not necessarily the cure.

The exercises and lessons in this program can apply to mild loneliness as well as chronic loneliness. Whatever the extent, this book will guide you to drop it, and will help you to get on living your life to the fullest in the present moment. Your life is incredibly precious, and there are wonderful things to discover and rediscover. This program will help you to wake up, discover the new, and extinguish the lie of loneliness.
